In  the heart  of  Tuscany, in the  green  of the surrounding countryside  is  located
Bed and Breakfast " LE DUE VIE".
Easy  starting point  for excursions to  the main art cities of Tuscany  such as 
Florence, Pisa, Volterra , San Gimignano , Monteriggioni and Siena  ....

The old farmhouse  has been  renovated  recently  obtaining a wonderful Bed andBreakfast  which  is  divided into  a kitchen  (fully  equipped),  which can  be used by eachroom  and  three  rooms  with  different  colors,  each  with  its own bathroom  with shower.

All rooms are air-conditioned Bed and Breakfast (air conditioning), and heated . 
Hot water  is  supplied by  solar panels  that  provide  power savings  for  most of the year.
At  your  disposal  during  your stay  in  B  &  B  The  Two  Ways,  garden  tables,  chairs,  toys,wood-burning oven,  barbecue,  mountain  biking,  swimming.

For  our  guests  is  also a  washing machine  that  is shared  by  the three  rooms.

There is a large car park at the B & B free to stop having your own transport.

Completely family-owned, the owner, Daniela, for an unforgettable stay in Tuscany ,offers  included  in the  price of  a  pre-packaged  self-service breakfast  includes:  croissant, toast,  yogurt  with  various flavors,  jams, preserves,  fruit juices,  tea  and coffee.

To  taste  typical Tuscan dinner  we have an agreement  with a  farm  restaurant  not far  fromus  in order to  delight  our  organic  local produce.
You can enter  your  four-legged friends  as long  to inform us  when  booking  and  only small animals.

Y ou  can  play  at the request  of the  activities  in close contact  with the nature of Tuscany such as horse riding,  trekking,  mountain  biking  and visiting  a  farm school  near  to you  oryour  children  will be a  useful,  fun  and totally  eco-friendly.

In addition  to  the various  activities that you can  play  outdoors  in  the countryside,  do not forget that we are easily accessible place to visit Florence, Siena, Pisa, Volterra,  and Larderello Pomarance itself encompasses many things to discover.

Just 20 minutes by car you can reach the sea and the Tuscan coast  to complete  yourstay at  our  B  &  B.
